- We cannot diagnose or repair external faults, but may be able to help you through the escalation process

Freeview/Freesat Installation
If you don’t want to pay for TV subscription products but still want to watch freeview and freesat, both services are covered under your TV licence and can be accessed on your TV or with a third-party set top box
- does not cover BT sport packages or subscription channels
4G/5G/Starlink Installation
Alternatives to a physical line, ideal for those in very rural areas who have poor broadband speeds and conectivity due to line length.
Services offered do not cover external network faults. I can only diagnose and help escalate an external fault whilst on site. None of these services will affect your contracted broadband speed, if you were promised a maximum speed of 3Mbps by your service provider this cannot be increased by changing your internal setup, however, internal optimisation may help get the most from your broadband (an onsite inspection would be required to determine if optimisation will help).
